North America and Europe in Rocket League Championship Series Season 3

The fierce matches in the Rocket League Championship Series already kicked off in the past weekend with six teams that came from North America and Europe. They took part in the Regional Championships, and they raced crazily like they have ever done in life just to demonstrate that they are the best racers ever in their area. All six teams had to fight against each other for the regional dominance, a top rank in the World Championship, and an extra auto-qualification for Season 4 League Play.

NORTH AMERICA

ROUND 1 – KNOCKOUT ROUND

The North America team started the match with G2 Esports, Genesis, Selfless, and Denial Esports. All participants were trying to battle and race for the top spot and the championship. In the first match, Genesis lost to Selfless with the score of 0-4. In the next match, G2 did feel disappointed when being lost to Denial with the score of 3-4.

ROUND 2 – SEMI-FINALS

In the semi round, NRG battled against Selfless, and at the end of the match, NRG defeated Selfless with the score of 4-3. Denial raced against Atelier for the spot in Regional Final, then, Sizz and Turtle in team Atelier surpassed Denial 4-1 to progress to the Regional Finals.

NORTH AMERICA FINALS

So here’s the NA Regional Finals with the ultimate fierce race between four teams, including Denial, Selfless, Atelier and NRG. At the end of the match, NRG ranked first, and Atelier ranked second. Even though Atelier did play well in the former rounds, eventually they couldn’t win the championship. NRG defeated Atelier 4-0 to achieve the highest spot and the championship. Selfless ranked third and ranking fourth was Denial Esports.

NORTH AMERICAN RESULTS

  • 1st Place: NRG – (Fireburner, Jacob, GarrettG) – $10,000
  • 2nd Place: Atelier (Turtle, Matt, Sizz) – $6,500
  • 3rd Place: Selfless (Dappur, Mijo, Timi) – $4,000
  • 4th Place: Denial Esports (Lethamyr, CorruptedG, Sadjunior) – $2,000

Eliminated

  • 5th/6th Place: G2 Esports (Kronovi, Rizzo, Jknaps) – $1250
  • 5th/6th Place: Genesis (Klassux, Chrome, Insolences) – $1250

EUROPE

ROUND 1 – KNOCKOUT ROUND

The match kicked off in Europe with six teams including Gale Force Esports, Mock-It Esports, Flipsid3, Resonant Esports, Northern Gaming, and The Leftovers. First of all, Gale Force Esports and Mock-It Esports battled against each other, and finally, Mock-It Esports defeated Gale Force with the score of 2-4. The next match of two teams, Flipsid3 and Resonant Esports, was extremely savage and slashing. At the end of the round, Flipsid3 overtook Resonant 4-3, and they got a chance to protect their title.

ROUND 2 – SEMI-FINALS

The semi-round started with the race between Mock-it and Northern Gaming, The Leftovers, and Flipsid3. Mock-it kept proving their talents and defending their supremacy by defeating Northern Gaming and advanced to the Regional Finals. Then, Flipsid3 raced against The Leftovers, and finally, The Leftovers lost to Flipsid3 with the score of 2-4.

EUROPEAN FINALS

In the final round, Flipsid3 and Mock-it would battle against each other for the first rank and the Regional Championship. Mock-it kept demonstrating their excellent skills and they finally did show the world that they were the best team ever in Europe by defeating the Flipsid3 with the score of 4-2. Mock-it got to the first rank and won the championship. The runner-up was Flipdis3 Tactics and followed by The Leftovers and Northern Gaming with the third spot and fourth spot, respectively.

EU RESULTS

1st Place: Mock-it Esports (Miztik, Kaydop, Fairy Peak!) – $10,000

2nd Place: Flipsid3 Tactics (Markydooda, Kuxir97, gReazymeister) – $6,500

3rd Place: The Leftovers (Snaski, Sikii, Ferra) – $4,000

4th Place: Northern Gaming (Remkoe, Maestro, Deevo) – $2,000

Eliminated

5th/6th Place: Resonant Esports (al0t, Mognus, Metsanauris) – $1250

5th/6th Place: Gale Force Esports (Paschy90, ViolentPanda, Chausette45) – $1250

The rest eight teams will be ready for the next race in Los Angeles and they will be racing for the World Championship. This time, some teams coming from Oceania area will have to protect their spots, and you guys will enjoy the savage race between the best teams of all. The next RLCS World Championship will come about June 2-4 at The Wiltern Theater in Los Angeles, CA. Keep calm and stay tuned for it!
